Family and Friends

I thought I was called to California for a two-fold purpose. One was complete, though not without its share of challenges. But the abundant joys delightfully won out. It’s up there as one of the happiest times of my life. The other was a case of someone’s bright intentions being followed by the lack of commitment to make it happen. Sometimes peoples’ decades old habits can keep them trapped their whole lives. I was a bit bummed but kept in mind not to take others’ choices personally. As much as I’d like to change the world…..I can only be fully responsible for myself.

This brings up a couple more observations. First, many of us have been raised in a culture of thinking being selfish is negative and being selfless a virtue. We, particularly women, were conditioned to take care of everyone else first. Then, if time and resources remained, tend to one’s own needs. By now most have heard the drill on an airplane about the oxygen masks. If you are traveling with a child or someone who needs assistance, put your mask on first then help others. Same thing with life. The healthier you are in mind and body, the more powerfully you can assist others. Of course, there are exceptions here that chapters can be written about. However, for the most part, this is true. If you are completely selfless and don’t take care of your own needs, you will not be able to be the shining change in the world you can so powerfully be. Abraham via Esther Hicks says, “If we were standing in your physical shoes, that would be our dominant quest: Entertaining Yourself, pleasing Yourself, connecting with Yourself, being Yourself, enjoying Yourself, loving Yourself. Some say, “Well, Abraham you teach selfishness.” And we say, yes we do, yes we do, yes we do, because unless you are selfish enough to reach for that connection, you don’t have anything to give anyone, anyway. And when you are selfish enough to make that connection—you have an enormous gift that you give everywhere you are.” What one thing can you do today to nurture yourself in order to honor God inside you and more significantly have a positive impact for others?

The other self-observation revealed I was still managing to attract people with not so healthy personality traits in my life. On a more optimistic note, I now recognize it much more quickly. Noticing has allowed me to be able to shift paths and not have the negative effects that I unwittingly allowed in the past. It is a daily practice of mine to visualize and invite only healthy and positive situations in my world. The more viscerally and deeply I feel this reality inside, the more profoundly I see it in my outside world. I invite you to please join me in creating Heaven on Earth starting with wherever                                                                   on Planet Earth you happen to be playing in at this time.

For my part, in California I ended up assisting in three moves. Seems like that is one of my
gifts/callings as I have helped family and friends in this manner numerous times over the years. This might even be an expected natural ability for a gypsy/traveler. Fun fact: My maiden name is Pauckert. That got mutilated regularly and frequently became Packer. It is a joke in our family that we are good packers (not to be confused with The Packers) and I teasingly vie with my Mom for the claim of being the best. Too long a story for now, but one of the moving processes resulted in receiving 4 tickets to the Wax Museum in Hollywood - thanks Hollywood Storage! It was a fun opportunity to enjoy time with family.

Without all my Angels in the wings (pun intended), I would not be able to have come this far on my
incredible journey. I bow in deep gratitude and appreciation to each one of you – and you know who you are reading this! A shout out to  AXICOM provider of high-quality and affordable IT services for small and medium businesses….and gypsies. While Costco and Dell were less than stellar on many counts with my computers, once again, the Knights in shining armor of AXICOM rode in to save the day! Some of you who know me closely also know that I’m often seriously tempted to disappear into the jungle and oust all electronic technology. AXICOM is definitely a big reason you and I are still in communication and you are reading this at all! While I never know for sure where my path may lead, it appears we will remain connected on this physical plane for some time to come. Abundant blessings and thank YOU for brightening my world!

Merry Everything…..Happy Always!

This is the time of year that one often hears Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! While I certainly wish that warmly to all my family and friends who observe  these specific dates, there is so much more to celebrate. Not only do I honor all the various celebrations, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, Kwanzaa and more….but every personal accomplishment, event and Being each and every day! And while the New Year has so many gearing up for a new start, why not greet every minute as the beginning of the rest of your life? There are enough challenges going on in the world. I feel an attitude of gratitude along with an air of peace and celebration on a regular basis would certainly make a bright massive difference.

On my journey, from the Big Island of Hawaii I traveled to California to assist family going through life transitions. Although change is not always easy, it is exciting and blossoming with fresh possibilities. What a perfect time for shedding the old and dancing into the new! It was a lovely opportunity to greet family and friends again too.

Reaching out on behalf of a Dear Friend in California in need
of a kidney. I call her Dynamite and she has successfully had the upper hand of this situation for over 35 years. Now, her kidneys are functioning at 12% and she is looking for a donor. This person need not be the same blood type. If you have any information that might help, please contact asap!!

It was in Hawaii that I learned that Heaven reclaimed another Sweet Angel. In California that Angel gifted me with a sign. What is in my future? That sign and a recent Dolphin Dialogue via a bright Dolphin Friend might help guide me. We shall see what unfolds😊 Anne Gordon de Barrigon is offering a free 15 minute Dolphin Dialogue to spread goodwill and also see if future similar Dolphin Messages are appropriate with package offerings. The very powerful communication from the Dolphins through Anne Gordon de Barrigon both inspired and warmed my heart!! Whether you reach out to Anne or desire Wellness Coaching from a Traveling Gypsy, may 2018 see you reaching new heights of health and happiness. Most importantly, enjoy the moment!

Whatever and whoever you choose to celebrate…..Cheers!!  Peace and Love Always!

Religion and Spirituality

I almost titled this Religion vs Spirituality. Instantly I remembered my desire to be as extremely diligent about my words and focus as possible. “vs” often denotes some sort of conflict. While not in denial about conflict, I choose to consciously have in my experience what I wish which is peace and absence of judgment (in the sense of deeming things good or bad).

I was extremely blessed and delighted to spend the Easter/Springtime holidays with family that had not been all together in years. We laughed. We loved. We helped. We surprised. We enjoyed re-connecting with each other. We brought in more family members, who were not able to make it in person, thanks to the wonders of technology. I shared some of my adventures, hopes and dreams as did others.

An interesting situation presented that was the impetus of writing this particular blog post. We were all sitting down getting ready to enjoy dinner together. I, among others, was joking a bit about silver, gold and frankincense with an obvious reference to Jesus. Now I must clarify that this was humor and fun with Jesus…in no way mocking him. One family member got extremely defensive and upset about the conversation. To keep the peace, the rest of us just changed the topic.

Due to many experiences, past and present, I have some extremely interesting relationships with Jesus…..but that is a topic for another day. Suffice it to say, I have an understanding about Jesus that is about love and joy. He wasn’t all seriousness and control. He would have definitely wanted people to participate in fun and happiness as we were having in our conversation.  Here is where the part about religion comes up.  All religions have seeds of truth in them. However, some people only know the information that their form of religion has programmed into them.  They can’t fathom anything beyond that information. If Jesus walked up to these individuals today (sans the garments of a time and place long ago), they would probably not even recognize him. He wouldn’t fit into the box of perception they were taught.

The purpose of this observation is not to judge or condemn. All choices are definitely honored “above” and by myself as well. So of course people are entitled to believe and live as they desire. I personally choose to be spiritual instead of aligning with a man-made structure called religion. I chuckled reading a saying recently, “Religion is for people who fear Hell.  Spirituality is for people who have already been there and back”. That is definitely true for me. If you are still reading this so far, you are person who thinks, at least some of the time, outside the “box” that you were programmed into. So, whether you subscribe to a particular religion or not, I propose to you a friendly challenge. When other humans tell you that things are right or wrong, please run it all through the filter of your heart and spirit. The Divine communicates to you directly that way. If you consciously do this and make choices that are more in alignment with your own Higher Truth, perhaps you will be happily surprised. Human ego can be a little tricky but, with a little practice, you will begin to be able to differentiate Spirit coming through you.  How can you tell?….it is the voice that brings most peace.
