Have you ever had a sense of a whole series of events from another time and place of which you never read or heard about? Have you had detailed flashes of you – but as a different person? Have you been to a place for the “first time” yet had a knowledge of specifics of that place? As alluded to before, I remember “past” lives”. Incidentally, I only use the term “past lives” since it is a concept most people grasp whether they subscribe to the belief of reincarnation or not. Actually, time and space are constructs for the human mind. Especially with the majority of humans using only a tiny fraction of their mental capabilities, they just can’t compute all these experiences happening simultaneously.

For months, I was playing a game on my fb Coaching page called Mystery Theme asking if anyone could guess the theme running through all the pictures. A few caught on to some degree. What the images actually depicted were reflections of past lives I personally have memories of. Way back in 2011, I made myself vulnerable sharing with the world, My Pirate Story. Sometimes I remember scenarios in great detail and, at others, only snippets. At times the memories are mostly pictures/images and others more visceral. For example, I remember

BEing a very large cat – a Lion or Tiger or such. I don’t see myself. I just AM. Even now, I have a sense of looking through those keen eyes. I feel myself crouching, stalking, getting ready to pounce. Even now, I can climb and easily make myself comfortable in a tree. Upon hearing a lion/tiger roar or growl, there is a primal bursting sensation within me that I’m at a loss for words to describe in human.

I have had people tell me they remember me before….One lady remembered me as a priestess with her in Lemuria and described some aspects of what that looked like. The scene she detailed totally resonated with my memories although I didn’t specifically remember her. Another person said she felt me as a dolphin (actually at least two people have told me that). Although I have an intense connection with dolphins, I do not have the sense of actually being one like the big cat feelings. Maybe a mermaid.....

Everyone is different and their remembrances or experiences show up for them uniquely. For me, it was mostly when I slipped off for extended periods of solitude in the natural world. The more lost I became in nature, the more I had remembrances. Memories and information would come through. It wasn’t just events I had as a human but also sensations of BEingness in other than Earth settings. Additionally, I got information not only of this planet but beyond. In later years, I’d start to hear about that same information I’d received in others’ messages as “new information” or “new discoveries”.

For decades of my life, I’d been second guessing myself and my memories due to malevolent people manipulating me to think I was always wrong or that I couldn’t trust my own intuition. They played control mind games, from downright brainwashing to trying to convince me that I’d done or said something I hadn’t or vice versa. Some would try to tell me “why” I did something or “what I was thinking” as part of their argument to prove their position. Thankfully, I’ve learned to see through most of these kind of people and tactics – very helpful in not getting into similar situations anymore! Ironically, I sometimes still play mind games with myself only now with positive purposefulness. For instance, if someone questions me, or I second guess my own self, I now use that opportunity to pause and wonder. Did I really do or say that in “this reality?” Not so farfetched when I can shift through a few dimensions in one “present earth day”.

So what good is awareness of other “selves” or dimensions aside from entertainment? The answers to that are infinite. You can access wisdom from another “you” or timeline and use it to help with a situation now. It might help explain some seemingly irrational fears or tendencies that are actually a carry over from another “life”. Perhaps you have an incredible talent that seemed to flow effortlessly from the moment you started - possibly you were/are a master at that as another "you".

I certainly have found out reasons I love to play with fire in this existence. The delving could even assist in scratching the surface of infinity itself! Whether or not you choose to play in these spiraling realms is entirely up to you. There is no right or wrong about it. Just limitless food for thought…..

Behind That Mask

Shakespeare said, “All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players…”. Quite profound when you think about it. We are all actors starring in our own play – the story of our lives. You might say we keep changing our masks as we play child, parent, student, teacher, musician, scientist….

Right at this moment, most people wear a mask around others. Who is behind that mask? Is there an abandoned child? A scared victim? A guild-ridden individual? An angry or disappointed person? Is your countenance so placid, a person walking unconsciously by wouldn’t notice the joy you carry within? Perhaps you sport a smile so contagious one would have to struggle not to return it? Whatever appearance we are wearing on the outside, doubtless it conceals numerous layers beneath.

I’m not suggesting you should wear your heart on your sleeve or let everyone you encounter privy to all the details of your life. There is only one person for whom all those details are important. There is only one person who needs to be aware of what is fully behind that mask. That person is You! The challenge is when you have been wearing a mask so long for others, that you bury your true feelings from yourself – believing the mask is who you are.

Some make a daily practice of weighing in on how you feel. You make choices taking stock of your inner state and needs as well as logic. Congratulations. You are more attuned with what lies within you than most. Generations have been conditioned to follow orders with no regard to how they feel. Many have lived believing everyone else’s needs came before theirs – even if it meant their needs never, or rarely, got met. These situations are so “normal”, they don’t even realize they are wearing a mask. They hardly know who they really are deep inside. Wherever you are on the scale of tuning in or tuning out, perhaps this message will serve as the invitation for you to go deeper. To ask yourself who you are and who you want to be in this life. Set aside some quiet time just for you to contemplate how to BE more authentically YOU.

My Purpose

The Universe presents me and you, infinite opportunities. Some desirable, others not so much. Some not as anticipated in a slightly disappointing manner – others a delightful surprise. That in mind, I had a number of longer term opportunities presented to me while I played in Florida – some local, others international. None felt appropriate for me due to timing, requirements or otherwise not in alignment with My Quest. Plentiful were the smaller opportunities, or rather gifts, that I joyfully took advantage of. There were deep, moving, possibly life-changing, conversations with just the right people at exactly the perfect time. Blissful surprises were spontaneously given and received. Chances to overcome previous hang-ups presented and were hurdled. An exciting highlight was the unexpected reunion with a friend of many years and former wellness coaching client in California. She had courageously sold her business and her house and was now on her personal journey traveling the United States indefinitely. She is expanding her heart and her world and living even more fully than before. This, of course, warms my heart which glowed even brighter when she mentioned my inspiration in her story. I bow to her and the growing numbers like this impressive lady who bravely break free from the comfortable way things used to be in exchange for creating a more fulfilling life!

I mused about my purpose for ending up in Florida yet again – as it totally was not as initially planned/expected. While I came up with possibilities here and there, one of the wisest people in my life made a good point, “You will always come up with reasons for wherever you end up…. for all the choices you make!” So True! All choices are honored and, in the grander scale of things, we can make no mistake. This was a concept impossible for a few to grasp earlier in my life when they would sneer, “You have a reason for everything!” as if it were a bad thing. Speaking about reasons for things and purpose, that is a topic I hear of a lot and am asked about frequently…..my/our purpose for being here. Over the years, I have received many, what I call, Downloads from Above (or from Within depending upon your understanding). For the most part, these are delivered in pictures and feelings; rarely are words involved. That is why it was so significant when I “got” an entire couple sentences. Here it is word for word to deliberate if it resonates with you. “Our purpose on this planet is multi-faceted and infinite. Although it may be fun or somewhat helpful to define; to narrow it down to a specific thing in human words is to grossly diminish it.” Personally, I could narrow it down to one word, “Love”. But even that would diminish it because I don’t need a word to know what I mean and those that do need a word could not fathom its infinite context. And for those who grasp the profound humor, “I am on earth to make waves”.

Back to my Florida stay reasons - A couple months served as a restorative retreat for me. A time to go within while spending hours without…seemingly alone in Nature.  Dolphins, shells, beach, turtles, bunnies, flowers, trees, sunshine, storms all played their magical parts. Consulting with another Dear Sage for her insights, she felt this was my good-bye trip. I know. I’ve implied such before. But this really felt like my Farewell Tour…….then again, ask The Who, Tina Turner, Elton John and Cher about Farewell Tours.

If you are ever in the area of Sarasota, Florida, I highly recommend you dropping a tiny bit south to Beyond-Wishes Well-being & Rejuvenation Institute in Nokomis. Abby works her magic in delivering the most phenomenal facials, among other services. Under the influence of her intense pampering, I floated off to another realm. When gently coaxed back, I felt like a whole new person! Abby Smiley Krause has also created experiences for individuals who do not regularly interact with the elements of earth, air, water and fire. As these are all such necessary influences in the balance of our lives, her ingenious way to weave them into her services is beyond-words benefit to those in need. It may surprise you how many folks these days are living nomadic lives, like mine, without a “home base”.  Unlike me, they create a regular income online in various arenas and many refer to themselves as Digital Nomads. Blogging classes are offered showing others how they too can make money via this vehicle. Their online blogs and articles are interrupted with distracting ads of all sorts. Most of the ads are things the bloggers aren’t even passionate about, just items that are profitable for one reason or the other. These professional bloggers make quite a lucrative income in this manner. This is

all well and good for them. Merry Everything…..Happy Always!

This is the time of year that one often hears Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! While I certainly wish that warmly to all my family and friends who observe  these specific dates, there is so much more to celebrate. Not only do I honor all the various celebrations, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, Kwanzaa and more….but every personal accomplishment, event and Being each and every day! And while the New Year has so many gearing up for a new start, why not greet every minute as the beginning of the rest of your life? There are enough challenges going on in the world. I feel an attitude of gratitude along with an air of peace and celebration on a regular basis would certainly make a bright massive difference.

On my journey, from the Big Island of Hawaii I traveled to California to assist family going through life transitions. Although change is not always easy, it is exciting and blossoming with fresh possibilities. What a perfect time for shedding the old and dancing into the new! It was a lovely opportunity to greet family and friends again too.

It was in Hawaii that I learned that Heaven reclaimed another Sweet Angel. In California that Angel gifted me with a sign. What is in my future? That sign and a recent Dolphin Dialogue via a bright Dolphin Friend might help guide me.
