From Atlantis to Lemuria and Beyond…

Surprise, surprise - 2 blog posts in the same month! Shades of Teal were featured in my pictures and sentiments last post reflective of my wonderful stay in the Bahamas. Crystals were also mentioned – Atlantean Quartz Crystal! Why Atlantean? Sit back and relax as you drink in the tale. Some know I remember snippets of “past lives”.  In Lemuria, or Mu, I served as a priestess in the healing temple

Lemuria went down in a cataclysm, as did Atlantis. The Hawaiian Islands have arisen in Lemuria’s place. While others remember Atlantis on other areas of the planet, my remembrance is in the vicinity of the Bahamas also reaching toward the North American continent as well as Central America. It was massive! Florida, another area I’ve

been magnetized back to numerous times, would have been included. No surprise, I also played the role of a priestess in an Atlantean temple. Some of my memories may be confused from one ancient civilization to the other. In one, or both places, it had a name like the Temple of Rejuvenation. Both experiences involved extensive interaction with crystals including sentient crystal walls. Both temples featured a massive tower crystal, stories high with a base maybe a couple dozen people could stand around. I feel remains of this powerful crystal from Atlantis lie buried deep in the waters of the Atlantic – in what is now called the Bermuda Triangle. Some of the mysterious instrument failures and disappearances might be attributed to its still strong energetic force fluctuations. So, in a roundabout way, I’m getting to the crystals I found imbedded in an unusual rock formation in the Abacos, Bahamas. It was a frequented area near a popular surf spot. A familiar feeling came over me before I actually saw the crystals. They called me – or, I was pulled to them somehow. It was almost incredible that two remarkable 6” across dazzling crystals nestled side by side to each other. In all directions around them were smaller multifaceted specimens glittering in the sunlight. My pics don't do justice as I went back with camera another day when lighting was different.  As observed before, no one I encountered there had even seen this small crystal field. I felt privileged and grateful for the powerful connection with another lifetime/dimension. It rekindled my desire/calling to continue my healing abilities and role of bridging worlds, seen and unseen, with renewed (what’s the word?) reassurance?

As often the case in my blog, and my story telling in person, I jump around. My mind just doesn’t operate linearly. Everything. Everywhere. All At Once. So I share from my heart the best I am able, in human, and hope you have fun putting the pieces of the treasure hunt together. Jean-Luc Bozzoli's image below kinda feels the way my mind operates sometimes.

Art by Jean-Luc Bozzoli also featured in recent movie OCEAN

Back to Lemuria….I have been called to Lemuria, now Hawaii, about 6 or 7 occasions in this lifetime. From past expeditions, while I enjoyed the energies and the new old friends I encountered, there was also the realization that Hawaii wasn’t “my place” in this lifetime. Yet, like Florida, I was pulled back again and again for specific reasons on my journey. Back to the present…..a series of magical alignments manifested a cruise being gifted to me for my 60th birthday. Yes, I am still celebrating this milestone year on and on as is our fun family tradition. While I hadn’t anticipated the destinations, it starts in....Hawaii. As you know, I have recently wrapped up a wonder-filled stay in the Bahamas – previously (for me) Atlantis. Now, here I am headed back to Lemuria – better known today as Hawaii. I am looking forward to spending time in Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Big Island. Then, after a few days enjoying the open ocean, a new destination awaits me – French Polynesia. “See the line where the sky meets the sea, it calls me…”  This is a paradise I’ve wanted to explore to see if it fit the parameters of “my place” but financially hadn’t been able to pull it off. So here I go exploring Bora, Bora, Raiatea, Moorea and Tahiti. Something else unusual for me, this is a one-way cruise. That being the case, I am hoping to manifest a mutually beneficial work exchange situation in French Polynesia. Probably, more specifically, the Society Islands. Currently, I have some leads but nothing solid yet. Here’s where you come in again. Might you know anyone who knows anyone in that area that might want assistance in exchange for my keep? Walking distance to the beach is a given. Oceans of thanks, in advance for any ideas and connections you may have.

Oh, if you read the previous post, 50 Shades of Teal, you may remember me alluding to a silver necklace chain breaking. That chain supported a gorgeous black pearl my parents had gifted me for my
50th birthday. The black pearl was acquired by my mom and dad, in person, on a trip years prior in French Polynesia. I will be wearing that black pearl, supported by an elegant new silver chain, as I now travel to the same area. The last cruise I went on was to celebrate my 50th birthday. Interesting synchronicities, right?

My technology situation is probably the most challenging as it has even been. I can choose to see it as a nightmare or celebrate the shifting energies that are guiding me in certain directions as a result. Who knows, perhaps it is a sign I will find "my place" soon and not need it as much! In the meantime, if you have contacted me and not heard back within a week, please reach out again. Linktree has ways to connect with me too.

We had some fun adventures together!
Many of my previous hosts are now part of my extended family; as you might have noticed with the beautiful new family acquired in the Bahamas. Wrapping up with huge appreciation to all my Earth Angels, without whom, this incredible journey of mine would not be possible. May you be blessed a hundredfold!

Bahamas Adventure Afoot 👣

Happy Spring Dear Family and Friends!

Yes, it’s been quite a spell since I’ve blogged regularly. As mentioned in my previous post (August 2023), it didn’t feel appropriate for a number of reasons. (Reasons including the spacing in this post 😁) I have jested that it might not have been the best idea to have my first wedding (1985) at a venue named The Odyssey. Perhaps it was a harbinger of the life I have been leading the almost 40 years since. That’s twice the duration of Odysseus’ efforts to get back to Ithica! And my incredible journey continues on my quest for that, so far elusive, tropical retreat location.

Backing up about five years ago, I was blessed to live in a comfortable hotel for two
years just minutes from Casey Key, Florida. Ironically, this was the location my second husband and I stayed when we first moved to Florida March 2006. We lived there for two weeks looking for the home we eventually bought in Nokomis. In the chapter over a decade later, strange, uncertain times enveloped the world as people sequestered themselves from each other. I got to joyful assisted my Loving Hosts in a variety of ways adding to my "resume" of skills. Due to my fortunate circumstances, it was definitely two absolutely wonderful years for me. Because they also owned property on the beach, I was able to access it daily. The luxury of having the sand and sea to myself the majority of the time was exquisite. Sunrise and sunset would regularly find me on the beach exploring and enjoying with DeLight.

The blessings continued when it was time to move on due to the sale of the resort. As she was a friend of my hotel hosts, I’d met my new patron earlier. At the time we first met, I had no idea I’d have the privilege of living with her. Her gorgeous property was on Casey Key literally beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. The dock in back extended over the Intracoastal Waterway. Life was absolutely a dream most of those two years. Again, being on the beach for sunrise, sunset and often in between, I hardly wanted to go anywhere else.

During that four year period, nature

enchanted me in so many remarkable ways. I was privy to numerous sightings of nesting mama turtles. Baby turtles making their first brave trip to sea was a rarer event so super exciting. Even rescued a few hatchlings. In fact, I’ve gotten to save many sea creatures, probably in the hundreds – baby turtles, fish, seahorses, sea urchins, conchs, cockles, hermit crabs, non hermits and more. Being one of the beach guardians was indeed an awe-inspiring honor.

A planned trip to California in June 2023 for
my son’s wedding just happened to coincide with the sale of my beach host’s property. Certainly a bittersweet time. The outdoor Carpinteria California wedding was wonderful in every way. The handsome groom exchanged personal vows with his stunning princess bride – as they wished. It was a lovely June day complete with refreshing ocean breezes. As expected, there was much fun and a few tears of emotion in the revelry of the reception that followed. So far, the wedded couple are living happily ever after with their Furkids - Hero, a cute Shiba Inu, and Scout, a precocious calico Maine Coon/Ragdoll kitty.

Initially, I went to stay at my next tropical haven for only a week or two. No surprise, I had water in front and back, although this time it was little lakes teeming with wildlife. It was only seven minutes from Casey Key – definitely a pattern here! Two weeks turned into six months as my gracious host accommodated my ever-changing, uncertain life. During that period I got to, among other things, assist in the care of precious fursister cuties – a dog and a cat. Pets have also been a strong theme for me.

My Casey Key lady had an adorable little rambunctious mixed breed pup. My hotel couple had two small dogs and a cat the size of both dogs combined. It continues to confirm that kids and animals love me – a validation that warms my heart as a human.

Being around my kids in June was auspicious for more reasons than we knew at the time. Besides all the excitement and beautiful festivities around Jeff and Amanda’s wedding, there was another miracle growing. That tiny marvel emerged into this world February 26 – 2/26/24 at 22:26! Natasha and Erick’s baby boy couldn’t be more prefect! Thanks to my host in the same city as my daughter, along with a
legion of other angels, I got to be around when Carter arrived. Indescribable moments were shared with this new little cherub. He was locking eyes just after being born – something typically unfathomable considering newborns’ normal visioncapacity. His eyes held wisdom beyond his moments in this earth realm. His skin was plump and smooth. His tiny hands and feet open and daintily placed – just incredible. No doubt this precious guy has some big plans for his experience on this planet!

In California, I was hosted in an amazing manor atop a mountain in the Santa Rosa Valley. The incredible view was 360 degrees. Far in the distance, mountains circled all around. Stretching below were neighborhoods, vineyards, and fields. The owner is a spirited gal with monumental dreams and projects to support. One of the many awesome things about this host is that she ordered a vertical aeroponic Tower Garden through me. For the first time, I was able to
help set one up and get the baby greens and herbs started. I pray the nutrition she harvests down the road will support her physically as well as uplift her in other ways. If you’ve ever been curious about growing your own food in this manner or getting your own Tower Garden, I’d be thrilled to be a part of that!

And now, it is time to move on once more. As is often the case, I really don’t know where next I will land. I am again feeling a strong pull to the Bahamas. Although I’ve yet to know where “my tropical place” is, the most powerful feeling vicinity so far has been the Bahamas. Hence, I have begun to seriously research prospective work exchange situations that could facilitate me being in that part of the world. If you know anyone in the Bahamas, have connections to the Bahamas, or can support me otherwise in this quest, please let me know. Of course, if you have other leads for a tropical beach area, I am receptive to entertaining them as well.

It has been a very long journey thus far. While I know there may still be a long road ahead, I am definitely open to the miracle of my place manifesting soon. It is with compassion and encouragement that I send a reminder to some of my readers. Many of you have had ideas,

goals and dreams that have yet to come into fruition in spite of your years pursuing them. For some, it was appropriate to let go and head in a different direction. For others, staying the course is what you feel compelled to do. Either way, have faith that you are on the right track! Whether we actually achieve what we think we wish to or not, our Odyssey is just as important. Think of all the people we have touched positively along the way. Consider the blessings we have received and the blessing we are to others. Hang in there. The best is yet to come!

Thank you all for being part of my journey!

Yours in this amazing Adventure called Life ~

Magic Always Comes With A Price

Once upon a time a little, seemingly average, girl dreamed of being a princess. Immediately one would think, “That’s pretty normal. Lots of little girls dream of being princesses.” Heck, Disney made sure of that too. Around 6 years of age, she donned her mother’s gorgeous cerulean blue satin dress and the jeweled golden crown she’d fashioned herself. It was Halloween and one of the last times she’d be allowed to be a princess for many years to come. Externally, that is, because she was actually…..Abby Normal. Something in her deepest memories always glowed, albeit at times faintly, a knowing of magic – all kinds of magic! One of her NOW choices is to live that magic as much as possible here on Planet Earth.
But more about that later.

There is a positive reason, or magic if you will, swirling around every
happening. When I was in Florida, a few months back, I could have easily stayed months longer. I had a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. I loved the balmy weather, tropical plants and critters all around. Yet something was telling me, in no uncertain terms, it was time to move on. No why, just go! Sometime later, I would come to understand why. The Universe was sparing me incredible heartbreak. One of the main purposes for me being in Florida is to be on the beach experiencing as many breathtaking sunrises and sunsets as possible. The deep level of communing with nature for me under those circumstances is hard to explain in human language. Alas, a devastating Red Tide began almost immediately after my departure. Its epic destruction and duration continue to this very day. I could not have been able to bear the sight of so many of my friends, dead on the beach and floating lifeless in the water. I would not have been able to breath or tolerate the stinging in my eyes there either. Sometimes the magic is that we are whisked away – protected from situations not preferred. The Universe knows I can help others better when I dwell in joy!

Here is one of the countless ways Joy has blessed me. After mentioning how I used to give greeting cards in my previous post, a former recipient of such greetings gifted me with a several. And not just any cards, but ones that featured her exquisite fine art and photography. You too can enjoy them via Kathyjonokuchi.com Thank You Dear Kathy! You have brought ongoing joy to me since the time we met, all those years ago, and bring immeasurable joy to the world!

Magic Always Comes With A Price – it is always the effect of something aka the price. I previously touched on that with nothing being “free” in Who is this blog for? Each day I look for, or create, the magic in the place where I am as I move closer to another place I’d like to be. I find something to feel joy about while fulfilling my purpose in whatever place I currently am. And, I continue taking baby steps to manifesting another reality. To that end, I again put out my request for leads and information. If you have any ideas or connections to someone in a tropical beach area with warm turquoise waters that needs assistance, please let me know. It could be house-sitting, childcare assistance, travel companion, deck hand, or other mutually beneficial work exchange situation. Kindly contact me to share thoughts
or get more details on help I can provide.

What is the price of everyday magic?
Here is a short beginning to the Neverending Story:
* Ongoing decisions to see the wonder right where you are
* Lighten up – have more fun
* Willingness to be happy over right
* Don’t sweat the small stuff (and it’s all small stuff)
* Imagine/see the world as you blissfully wish it to be
* Recognizing you are on this stage called life and can determine your individual performance
* Shining your light to others constantly making this world a brighter place
* Commitment to live happily ever after
