Aloha and Mahalo

My 48 hour drive from Florida to California paid off. I was able to have some Halloween fun with my kids. Carved pumpkin creations with Jeff and became Cleopatra with Tasha aka Natasha Romanoff. Sure helps staying a “kid” myself!

It was only a short rest period as, less than a week later, I was having an eagle’s eye view of clouds, land and sea en route to the Big Island of Hawaii. The Hilo side was lush with greenery due to the fact it rains quite often. Kona’s coast brought a bit less rain and a beauty all its own.

One of the most magnificent opportunities I was privileged to have was a close encounter with a large pod of Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins. Guiding me to Kealakekua Bay was my intuitive dolphin sister, Kim Nelli. We have been “friends” for years but hadn’t met in person until that day. Our sisterhood goes way back lifetimes but our friendship this time started when I saw Kim’s youtube welcoming her daughter Naiya into this world….assisted in labor by dolphins! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lmg7MKnW2Zc I contacted her and had been trying to meet in person for years seeming to just miss each other many times…..in California, in Florida and Hawaii. Just a reminder all happens in Divine Timing.  Our dolphin magic unfolded in spite of the cloud coverage keeping the sun from illuminating the turquoise depths. Spinners appeared everywhere….playing, leaping and interacting with us. There were at least 10 proud mamas showing off their precious babies. I was so thrilled I felt like I would burst with the inexplicable feelings communicated via the dolphins. One even sported a leaf on his (or her) pectoral fin. I so wanted to dive down and play the "leaf game" but forgot how buoyant doubling 2 wet suits can be! It was impossible for me to leave the surface. The dolphins comforted me in my dilemma by frequently swimming close by making a myriad of clicks, whistles and other pulsating sounds. They even created enchanting rainbow bubbles that danced to the surface fairly magically. Kim captured much of it on video and shared a brief clip with me . Kim has teamed up with another dolphin sister (another serendipitous connection of mine), Yu-Wen Allison Lu and a couple more goddesses I’ve not met yet. LITTLE MASTERS

So many clamor about making sure everyone gets an education and has the opportunity to go to school. What they don’t realize is that most of the traditional education systems are propaganda machines that crank out perfect little pawns for the system of control they live in.

Now I am not against learning, growing and acquiring information one is interested in. In fact the numbers are increasing for homeschoolers and alternate education providers who do just that. They notice what the children have a resonance with and provide them opportunities to learn more about those topics and get involved in them. This is pure education as opposed to manipulation.

So many parents, teachers and adults in general think children come into the world are ignorant. They feel it is their job to teach these kids in the sense of forcing information into them about the “real world” and how it operates. After centuries of this misguided thinking, it is now the adults in dire need of “an education”!

When parents understand their sacred duty is more of a guardianship than a dictatorship, the children will be treated more like the Little Masters they truly are. True, babies enter this plane of existence not knowing the human language of the family they are born into or about the people around them (this time around) or life in the culture into which they are born. Yet, on a deep wise knowing basis, they are aware of way more than most adults on this planet. They keep that awareness until they are taught out of it -  out by new information pumped into them or they forget it as they are taught such things aren’t real. What is the solution? While it’s not always easy for those who are just becoming acquainted with this knowing, it is relatively simple. It is a dance of nurturing the Little Ones’ own knowing so they retain their innate wisdom along with presenting them joyous opportunities to learn about and delightfully experience their present world. They will definitely guide You, dear adult, in how to provide them education!

As far as the kids already in various systems, please be honestly sure they are loving it for the most part. If not, seek new solutions. This is about the greater good of the child, not the convenience and dictates of a dysfunctional society. Be sure some aspect of their learning involves regularly reminding them of the Little Masters they truly are…reassuring them about what they know and asking their opinion regularly. Gaining this information is helpful two-fold. 1) The open minded adult will actually learn and grow as they are open to this wisdom of the child 2) It will help the child remember his or her awareness before coming here and build on it – thus having the best experience possible in this existence.

Another thing you can do to assist your kids to live to their full potential is to provide them the best nutrients possible. The best option here is to grow your own food. While this can be difficult with time, space and other constraints, it is not impossible. Incommunicado

For years I have been remembering my spiritual powers more and more as well as invited situations in which I may continue to grow.  In the past, I was a master of communication.  My phone calls and e-mails were answered, for the most part, within 24 hours.  In the event I couldn’t, I left a message stating such and had auto responders giving people a heads up.  Holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and accomplishments where acknowledged in a timely manner with cards, e-notes and gifts.  Through my company, Universal Wellness (previously known as Fit Bodies), I sent out regular newsletters and e-mail updates.   I checked in on “my people” regularly, tooted my horn and marketed my business offerings at dozens of meetings every month as well as expanding my network through charity and community service.  I lectured, presented and taught various health related classes.

As the years continued, my “previous life” has gradually been dismantled.  The first dramatic change took place in 2006 when I moved to Florida.  I let go of my in person personal training business which previously made up the majority of my California “practice”.  In Florida, I continued Telephone Wellness Coaching, teaching group exercise classes and offering the nutritional support system I feel good about, Juice Plus.  The next significant shift happened in 2009 when my marriage, my house and my car removed themselves from my existence.  I was headed for a new life in Panama which would obviously drastically reduce my communication abilities.  In 2010, it became clear that my anticipated plans in Panama weren’t “panning” out and my gypsy journey was in full swing.  My life can be viewed in 2 ways….I am officially homeless OR everywhere I go is my home.  I prefer the latter.

I believed I would have, by now, a Spa Retreat by the Sea….a refreshing location the people could come for respite from their daily routines and for inspiring renewal.  Whether or not that location will appear in this existence of mine, I am now not sure.  It appears that I am the traveling retreat experience now.  I am taking the respite and renewal, in very untraditional ways, to the people I encounter in my travels.  Sometimes they are aware of it and sometimes not.  This is definitely not a traditionally “paid” job.  My pay is in the beauty of nature, my adventurous experiences and the kindness of the people in my path.  It has definitely been a humbling experience for me, so used to paying my way in the usual manner, to be supported by others who see the benefit of what I am doing.  Again, I acknowledge each and every one of my benefactors, from my family and friends to strangers on the street.  While still humbling, it is an exquisite delight to be able to see the light in people in ways I personally have not before.  The farther I get off the beaten path, the more I remember, the more I know!

Speaking of off the beaten path and lack of
communication… recently I had the longest experience of such which I take as an official transition the next level of my life.  I was in Panama for almost 2 months.  Due to computer issues, I was without communication for almost the entire time.  It felt like a mixed blessing.  Part of me kept trying to figure out how to get connected to technology to keep up with my communication.  The other part of me delighted in the whole new world of attention to the necessities of the moment and full appreciation of the Nature I was in.  This took my living in the moment to an even higher level.

Now, in this moment, I am not even able to offer my 6 week Telephone Wellness Coaching as I don’t know if I will be in an area at an appointed time with the ability of connecting by phone.  I still do occasional coaching sessions under the guise of “catching up” but not many formal scheduled coaching calls.  The only thing I am promoting in exchange for money is Juice Plus and the Tower Garden.  These things are handled by others mostly so I feel sure my clients will get excellent service whether I am available or not.

 

I have officially come to the conclusion I will never completely catch up – something I learned when I tried to wade through something like 3000 emails and continue taking care of my task at hand.  My current mission has me on my toes almost 24/7.  It is a challenge, a pleasure and a amazing dance ever spiraling me to higher and higher levels of existence and awareness.  I welcome and greet anyone on this journey with me.  Yes, you know full well who you are…whether we communicate in the physical (phone, email etc) or via telepathy….we are the change we wish to see in this world!  Thank you for all your gifts and energy you bring to this magnificent banquet of life!

Working Hard VS Dedication

“He (or she) is a very hard worker.”  I heard this expression a number of times recently and it is used very often as a compliment or indicator of what a good person someone is.  The society most of us live in has people so conditioned that it is a virtue to be “hard-working”.  I am a very hard worker at times myself.  In fact, the mission I am currently on requires a 24/7 commitment.  Often I work way harder than people with “regular jobs”.  However, people who don’t understand what I do would think I am not a “hard worker” since I don’t make any money.   Actually I don’t strive to be a hard worker.  Neither do I think I am better or worse than anyone else due to the level they work or the level I do.  So many people “work hard” at jobs they hate or don’t love.  When you consider most of folk’s waking hours are spent at work, this can’t be too great for their overall well-being.  No wonder there are so many cases of stress related ailments.

Now dedication to something is very different than hard-working.  One can work “hard” at something they are dedicated to yet it doesn’t feel like hard work, servitude or drudgery.  There is a saying that when you love what you do you never have to work another day in your life.  That’s the major difference between working the majority of your life at something and dedicating your life to something.  As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, the amount of money one makes is not a valid gauge of one’s value or how hard one works either.  People can make varying amounts of money based on how smart one gains it.  They can align themselves to the energy of winning the lottery, playing poker or Vegas gambling.  Others, like myself are of service in exchange for other’s providing for them…and it’s not always a direct exchange with the same people.  I am seeing the latter happening more and more upon the planet thankfully. Although I must admit there are still days it is a little challenging being on the cutting edge in this area.  Thankfully I am so engaged in my mission, I spend less time thinking about that and more time in gratitude for what I am able to do and appreciating the folks who sponsor and contribute to me along the way.

I do still take steps here and there to create financial income the “usual” way.  Since most people don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables even to maintain their health where it is, I offer an awesome nutritional support system through Juice Plus

My Odyssey

Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride or a Roller Coaster have often been ways I’ve referred to my life.  However, recently it dawned on me that it was much more like The Odyssey.  When I shared this awareness with my daughter, she asked, “Wasn’t that where you were married?”  Wow, what a crazy flash!  She was correct about the fine dining hilltop hideaway in Granada Hills CA where her dad and I married.  That detail had totally slipped my mind. 

But it was Homer’s Odyssey I had been relating to – from the battle, to losing almost everything, to the stalking attacker, to deception, to the would be love that wished to hold me captive, to magic, to many supportive characters, to the myriad distractions attempting to dissuade me from my purpose, to beings from other dimensions guiding my way.

Definitely an epic journey so far and a ways to go before the “goal”.  But I have reached much higher levels of patience, trust and compassion along the way.

In pursuit of my Spa Retreat manifestation, I have traveled to Panama, Costa Rica, Cozumel, Belize, and the Bahamas among other places.  Countless hours have been spent researching various areas and possibilities.  Millions of bits of correspondence have transpired for more direction/connections.  I no longer recall how many times I have been boundlessly excited thinking I may find “the” perfect situation just around the river bend only to have to come down again.  The journey has had so many twists and turns which, seen from purely human eyes, are just distractions from my Calling.  Even I succumbed to my moments of frustration about my “wasted time”.  Of course, operating from my Higher Self, I totally realize that nothing has been wasted and every situation offered valued whether I realize the reason at the time or not.

My mission from March to October was a very unique situation in itself requiring total immersion and commitment to guide another individual.  This person is also a powerful, magnificent being who has totally forgotten this fact as well as what he came here to do.  The whole experience was extremely bittersweet interlaced with non-supportive choices as well as unspeakable beauty.  Frequently I had to remind myself that my job is to guide, not force or control.  It is up to others to make their own choices and live with their own results.

In a personal whirlwind of adventure myself, I made it from Florida to California in November.  Countless angels both etheric and human assisted at every twist of the journey.  Just when I thought my path would be smooth for a while, I’d get thrown another challenge.  There was only way I could (and often still can) handle things peacefully, with the ease and grace I desire.  This is to take things not one day at a time but often one minute at a time…..truly living in the present and realizing the gift of the moment.

Speaking of gifts, the current leg of my journey has me a bit closer to my parents and my kids. 

 
My daughter and her boyfriend recently purchased their first house.  I have the honor of helping them transform this house into their home.  Graciously they are hosting me through this process.  As a bonus, I get to see my son who lives right down the street.  It is also a time for re-connection with my parents and friends who are in this area – or choose to make the trip here to visit :-)

Before long I will be headed out again to a tropical place where “the weather suits my clothes”.  Maybe here is where you come in?  I am not positive of the location but Bimini in the Bahamas has been showing up repeatedly on my radar.  I am looking for a way to sustain myself there and maybe, ultimately, finally manifest that Spa Retreat!  If you know anyone who has any connections to Bimini, or anyone interested in some project with me there, please let me know!
