Lemuria and Lessons

Grab a comfortable drink, sit back and relax. This is a lengthy one…..

My month-long voyaging was certainly not the peaceful, pampering, rejuvenating experience I envisioned for my milestone birthday celebration. However, I was blessed with a number of amazing adventures I could not have dreamed of - like Alice in Wonderland down the rabbit hole. From fearing the dreadful “off with her head” to having a blast at a wild, or rather mad, tea party.

The most powerful and memorable experiences I enjoyed were no thanks to the cruise company I travelled with other than safe passage; but to the gracious people and enchanting places I visited. NCL was shockingly wanting in more areas than not which actually started before even embarking on the trip. Among other things, there were about 20 different people I was in contact with working on coordinating schedules to meet on the various islands. I was supposed to have 300 minutes of internet for the first 2 weeks from Hawaii to French Polynesia and 300 additional minutes on return trip. That should have been more than adequate to arrange my meetings. As it so happened, there was no internet on the ship (that is the super short version). This made scrounging for internet a distraction in many of the gorgeous places I visited. As a result, I was only able to meet with 4 friends and even those connections tested my sense of calm. Not wanting to dwell any more than necessary here, suffice it to say, NCL is a company you probably won’t wish to sail with.

Indeed, most of the aspects of my trip were not according to plans or preference. Putting things in a higher perspective, I know everything was as meant to be for my highest and best good– challenges and all. I trust I met exactly who I was “supposed” to meet – both planned and those serendipitous encounters. Clearly, there are lessons I still need to learn. Among others, probably that one about being alright no matter the external circumstances. Perhaps I evolved a bit in a positive direction, raising my consciousness a little as a result as well. It was undoubtedly an interesting game I chose to play.

Here are some of those highlight snippets you’ve been waiting for…..

Dolphin Touch Wellness Center in Kauai was having a Spooky Wellness Fair. Spooky because, well….Halloween. As soon as he arrived, I was aware of the young man with bright sparkling eyes. At one point, he was singing. I thought he’d turned on music or such as it was incredible that full mature voice came from him. Later, I experienced the delightful gift
of a sound session with him. I've been privileged to be recipient to many outer worldly sound healing sessions with my dear friend Kemira in Florida. With her, I also had profound heart opening experiences, sensations, and visions as she worked her sound magic on me. Zack was truly a shaman in his ritual of sound alchemy. With some of the instruments the same as what I was used to, and others new, it was a totally different experience. I went to “another place” as every cell of my body seemed to dance with the vibrations. He even toned what I recognized as light language – a very unique sound from his stunning voice….and the voice that sang earlier. As he finished, he removed the lavender eye covering. My eyes were still closed but I felt like I was being blinded by the daylight. It was even overcast outside but I was so sensitive from what I’d just experienced.

A royal friend in Hawaii generously drove all the way across the Big Island to

meet with me. We exchanged gifts both tangible and mystical. She took me to a bay where gigantic waves crashed mightily nearby. We did a simple ceremony together merging the energies of Atlantis with Lemuria. Among the quartz crystals I brought from the Bahamas, I selected one in the shape of a heart. Putting our intentions and appreciation out to Gaia and the Universe, I tossed the crystal into the bay. With all the complexities of my visit traveling farther south, I didn’t get opportunity to leave crystals in French Polynesia. Still trusting that I made the Atlantean/Lemurian connection, as you might gather from my musing toward the end.

Snorkeling solo in Bora Bora, I had a fantastic experience. I’d been mesmerized in weightless timelessness hanging out with an infinite stream of
multi-colored and shaped tropical fish. I felt the water cool significantly as there was a drop in depth. Being nowhere near as clear as the ocean I experienced in the Bahamas, I was a little startled to see a huge figure looming up in front of me. I say startled, but not afraid, as I knew I came in peace. The massive creature came within about 10 feet of me before turning and gracefully moving off to the side disappearing again into the darkness. I still don’t know what it was. About 7 feet long, it appeared to be a shark with the wide flowing “wings” of a ray. What an incredible high it left me with!

I had my doubts about meeting with a beautiful
spiritual contact in Moorea until it actually happened on the trip south. Skipping over the initial drama, naturally we found each other on the beach. Prior, I had a little time to chill in the shallow turquoise water with little fishies greeting me in the water and wild pups on the land. As per his conviction, my friend took me to nearby sacred spaces in the forest. Along with ferns, vines, and other foliage consistent with “my place”,

there were those trees with their massive above ground roots that speak to me. I was deeply in tune with their spirits. My friend and I went our separate ways for hours to commune. I entered a little stream and even quenched my thirst with the clear flowing water. Then a little dragon revealed itself. Actually, it was a freshwater eel swimming serpentine fashion. Its head
was shaped kinda like a snake and there were only two fins just behind that. I thought dragon and, when I shared its description with my friend later, he came up with the same word. While somewhat on my own, I was keenly aware of a spirit/being in my presence for maybe 20 minutes or so. It was benevolent and moved the leaves right next to me when no breeze was blowing. And no, it was not a chicken although they uncannily appear everywhere I go.

The return trip to Moorea was equally a crazy
adventure making my desired rendezvous. The ensuing events where just as incredible. This guy was my pearl connection. He spread a white beach towel on the table. Approaching with an ice chest, he proceeded to pour a cascade of pearls resulting in a black glistening mountain on the table. I only wished I had hours to play with these lustrous black spheres of delight. As it was, at this point, I was a bit short on time. Unlike the
fancy, “perfect” cultured pearls being sold in more stores around than could be counted, these were natural beauties coming in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Although I longed to continue running my fingers through them all, I had to trust the selections I made would be prefect. I could also go on and on about pearl guy’s well-known talents but, for the sake of brevity, will just share one cool happening. As I was perusing

the pretty pearls, he blew through two or three different conch shells. The echoes resounded on and on in all directions from the mountains to the sea including, most remarkably, through my very being - shades of my sound healing experience in Kauai – rather, I should say, vibes. I have no adequate human words to describe that powerful sensation.

The kindness and generosity of the French Polynesian
locals was beyond what most would imagine – at least most in the US. With my lack of internet, I had people loaning me their phones and, in some cases, their private wifi. One lovely lady even offered for me to take her car in case that would help in meeting up with my friend. While I had numerous road angels give me rides hitchhiking throughout the various islands, I fortuitously hit the jackpot in Raiatea. Walking along, not even with thumb in the air, a car pulls over and my next road angel calls
out to see if I’d like a ride. Not only did I catch a ride, I enjoyed an extraordinary private tour guide for the day. Typical tours generally aren’t my thing for so many reasons. This was different…. Coming from a passionate Polynesian of Māori descent, his ancestral tales and fantastic personal experiences were things I could relate to both in this lifetime and others. He also took me to a sacred place with accounts of brave heroes
and giants to go with it. My magnificent Polynesian angel is now another forever stuck in my heart.

Hilo’s return trip revealed another adventure. Since I hadn’t had access to internet the whole time on the ship, I hadn’t been able to set anything up with friends
on the Big Island. Decided to take the free shuttle to the Hilo Farmer’s Market. Upon my request, I sat in the front seat. As the driver – bonus tour guide - told his stories, I got a strong feeling there was a reason I was meeting this guy. He said he remarkably saw the ship coming in with a rainbow following it. (I'd actually seen the rainbow overhead from the top deck of the ship earlier). He spoke of the meaning it indicated of an
important person being on the boat. Supposedly that was me. As it happened, I never saw the Farmer’s Market or much else other than from the windows of the shuttle. Spent the whole time riding back and forth until the end of the shuttle schedule. During that time, I
shared enlightening information with my driver and got meaningful stories and wisdom in return. Another beyond words heart exchange…..

In Kaui visit northbound, I was inspired to go to the Hindu Temple
there. As I started on foot, the gps indicated it would take about 4.5 miles walking. The temple closed in 3 hours. I so trusted the Universe as I walked, that I even stopped for a treat at a pastry shop that “happened” to be on my way. After about 2 hours, Jonny and his beautiful son picked me up. Although he wasn’t heading there, he drove me all the way to the temple grounds. When I mentioned he was my angel, he replied that his mom always called him Jonny Angel. Of course, she did! He dropped me off at the back of the temple property. The path was blocked to get through to the temple. A kind couple from California who visit annually took me from there to the main entrance. After a peaceful
meditation and picture taking, the place closed. Exiting, it started pouring rain. Just then, I was under an umbrella of a tree with a tall plant that had large leaves growing underneath it. I backed into that plant and was perfectly protected from the 5-10 minutes of rain that ensued. Next, I was guided to visit the Fern Grotto. After walking, thumb in the air, a few miles, a vehicle going the opposite direction turned around. Desiree said something inside told her she just had to go back and pick me up. We had meaningful, esoteric
conversation including sharing Lemurian associations.
She drove me to the Fern Grotto access. Much later in the day, as I was making my way back to the ship, JJ stopped to give me a lift even though I didn’t have my thumb out. Again, there was a deep heart to heart connection made leaving both of us in tears as we parted even though we were together only minutes. I was finally doing in days, what I’d not been able to do in so many months. There were such beautiful connections made that I cannot explain in words. These interactions,
these precious moments, were a testament to part of the grander reason I am even in this earthly realm. It was beyond exhilarating to have been privileged to those opportunities. But they did leave me wanting more. Now to hopefully be able to manifest this in my future.

Something about French Polynesia felt very much like Lemuria. In my posts, I share things from my understanding and experience. In the past, I have alluded to Hawaii being where Lemuria was. From what I sensed on this adventure, that previous land mass may have extended all the way to current day French Polynesia. Conversely, some Lemurians having a premonition of the cataclysm to come, may have travelled leaving their influence in the areas I visited. The ia ora rana vibration in the South Pacific definitely reflected the Aloha Spirit.

Have you ever had a glimpse of a grander purpose, possibility, in your life? It could appear huge on the outside or barely noticeable to others observing you. Sometimes, it's simply an inner shift that changes the whole game we play. Just a little food for thought we approach what many celebrate as Thanksgiving. As I work on my own inner shift, just remember how thankful I am for your contribution to it. If you are reading this, odds are you are one of my legion of angels. Wishing you a beautiful holiday season with loved ones and more blessings than you can count throughout.
